On 28 May 2021, Trent Devine, Andrew Spring and Bradd Morelli of Jirsch Sutherland were appointed as Voluntary Administrators of Integrated Green Energy Solutions Limited.
On 2 June 2021, Glenn Livingstone was appointed Liquidator of the Company pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of NSW.
On 30 September 2021, Mr Livingstone resigned from the KPMG Australia Partnership and joined WLP Restructuring. Mr Livingstone remains the Court appointed Liquidator of Integrated Green Energy Solutions Limited (In Liquidation).
