At the Second Meeting of Creditors held on 1 April 2021 pursuant to Section 439A of the Corporations Act 2001, the Creditors resolved for the company to Execute a Deed of Company Arrangement and replace the Administrator with Alan Walker.
The Deed of Company Arrangement was executed on 26 April 2021. Alan Walker is the Deed Administrator and Trustee of the Creditors’ Trust.
